Ingredients

  • 1 block Silken tofu (538 g)
  • 100 ml Tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 half a lemon Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Salt

Directions

    Thoroughly drain the moisture from the tofu.

    I usually microwave it for 1-2 minutes and then wrap it in a paper towel, followed by a newspaper, and then I place something heavy on top.

    Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the garlic is no longer grainy.

    Then it's done!

    Tahini is a type of sesame paste used in the Middle East.

    I think it's somewhat lighter than Japanese sesame paste.

    If you don't want it to taste too much like sesame, then decrease the amount of sesame paste used.
