- 3 ounces pudding mix (banana cream recommended)
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 12 ounces lite silken tofu (1 package)
Directions

1Put the tofu, the milk and the oatmeal in the food processor until smooth and creamy. You might have to scrape down the sides. Mix this in the bowl with the pudding.

2Put it in the pan and in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 325.
