Tofu Scrambled

  • 2 lb. tofu
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions

    Mash tofu fine.

    Saute onions in oil until soft.

    Add tofu, parsley flakes, salt and turmeric.

    Mix well.

    Saute for 3 or 4 minutes.
