- 2 lb. tofu
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. turmeric
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Mash tofu fine.

2Saute onions in oil until soft.

3Add tofu, parsley flakes, salt and turmeric.

4Mix well.

5Saute for 3 or 4 minutes.
