Tofu Soup

Ingredients
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 3 1/2 cans water
- 2 pkg. tofu
- 1/2 bunch green onions
- 1 lb. ground pork
- white pepper
- fish sauce
- garlic powder
Directions

1Add white pepper, fish sauce and garlic powder to ground pork. Mix well; let stand.

2Cut tofu into small pieces or cubes.

3Cut green onions into 1 inch lengths; set aside.

4Bring chicken broth and water to boil in Dutch oven or large pot.

5Shape pork mixture into small balls and drop into boiling broth.

6Boil for 5 to 7 minutes, until pork is cooked.

7Add fish sauce to taste.

8Add tofu and cook briefly.

9Add green onions last.
-
10Remove from heat immediately.

11Serve.

12Sprinkle a little white pepper on top of soup in serving bowls.
