- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- Cool Whip or ice cream (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In large bowl, beat eggs at high speed until foamy, about 3 minutes.

3Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar until well blended.

4Beat in softened butter.

5Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.

6Pour int pie shell.

7Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway come out clean and top is golden brown.

8Cool on wire rack.

9Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
