- 1 ounce Bourbon (1 jigger)
- milk or hot or boiling water
Directions

1Beat eggs until thick and light in color.

2Gradually add sugar and nutmeg and beat constantly until batter is very thick.

3Chill several hours.

4To serve, put one heaping T. batter in warm mug.

5Add rum and bouron.

6Fill mug with hot milk or boiling water.

7Stir and put nutmeg lightly on top.
