Ingredients
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp ssliced kaffir lime leaves
- 1 2inch piece lemongrass bruised
- 1 1 inch ginger piece thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bitesized pieces
- 5 oz coconut milk
- 4 Thai chili peppers slightly crushed
Directions

1in a pot put the broth in heat on medium heat add lime leaves, lemongrass, ginger, fish sauce, and lime juice.

2bring to boil add chicken and coconut milk and bring to boil.

3reduce heat and add chilies and cover , let simmer till chicken is cooked through about 3-5 minutes.

4remove chilies and lemongrass before serving
