  • 1 lb chicken
  • 8 ounces mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce (nam pla)
  • 2 teaspoons chili paste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tablespoons scallions
