  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 can baby corn spears, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 can water chestnuts sliced, drained
  • 4 ounces cremini mushrooms shittake, whatever you have on hand or a blend of the three, quartered
  • 1 head broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 carrots ends cut off and peeled
  • 2 cups white rice cooked, short-grain
  • Sriracha
  • cilantro coarsely chopped
  • hoisin sauce
