  • 1-1/2 cup Flour
  • 1-1/2 stick Butter, Room Temperature
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2/3 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 16 ounces, weight Cool Whip
  • 2 packages (3.4 Oz. Package) Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 2-1/2 cups Milk

Directions

    1. To make the crust, blend the flour, butter, and sugar together until crumbly and combined. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

    2. While crust is cooling, combine the cream cheese with powdered sugar. Fold in half of the Cool Whip. Spread this mixture on top of the cooled crust.

    3. Mix the chocolate pudding with milk. Spread the pudding layer on top of cream cheese layer.

    4. Frost the top with the remaining Cool Whip.
