  • 2 cans Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cups Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Tom Yum Soup Mix (Thai Kitchen Brand)
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Curry Paste (Thai Kitchen Brand)
  • 2 whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breats, Cut Up
  • 1 can Bamboo Shoots
  • 2 packages Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced

Directions

    Put all wet ingredients and sugar in a large pot.

    Heat to simmer.

    Add chicken, bamboo and mushrooms.

    Simmer until chicken is just done.
