  • 1- 1/2 pound Tomatillos (8-10)
  • 1- 1/2 whole Serrano Chiles (de-stemed And De-seeded))
  • 4 Tablespoons Lime Juice, Freshly Squeezed
  • 1 whole Cilantro Bunch
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pinch Onion Powder
  • Kosher Salt To Taste
  • Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste

Directions

    De-husk, wash (with warm water), remove stems and slice tomatillos in half.

    Using a food processor, process all ingredients together.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    *De-seed the serrano chiles according to your heat preference.

    I de-seeded 1/2 of the total amount to make a fairly mild salsa.

    Leave more seeds in if you want it spicier.
