- 1- 1/2 pound Tomatillos (8-10)
- 1- 1/2 whole Serrano Chiles (de-stemed And De-seeded))
- 4 Tablespoons Lime Juice, Freshly Squeezed
- 1 whole Cilantro Bunch
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 pinch Onion Powder
- Kosher Salt To Taste
- Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
Directions

1De-husk, wash (with warm water), remove stems and slice tomatillos in half.

2Using a food processor, process all ingredients together.

3Add salt and pepper to taste.

4*De-seed the serrano chiles according to your heat preference.

5I de-seeded 1/2 of the total amount to make a fairly mild salsa.

6Leave more seeds in if you want it spicier.
