Ingredients
- 4 c. tomato juice
- 2 bay leaves
- 6 cloves
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 envelopes gelatin, soaked in 1/2 c. cold water
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts (if desired)
- 1 c. sliced olives (if desired)
Directions

1Simmer the first 5 ingredients for 15 minutes.

2Strain the liquor into the gelatin.

3Add the vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

4Cool.

5If desired, add the walnuts and olives.

6Pour into mold and chill.
