- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. boiling tomato juice
- 2/3 c. cold tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. grated onion
Directions

1Dissolve jello and salt in boiling tomato juice.

2Add cold juice, lemon juice, horseradish and onion.

3Pour into 8 x 4-inch or 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

4Chill until firm, about 4 hours.

5Cut into squares.
