Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 3/4 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- few drops hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Sprinkle gelatin on top of 1/2 cup tomato juice.

2Let stand for 5 minutes.

3Place over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved.

4Remove from heat and stir in remaining tomato juice, salt, sugar, lemon juice, Worcestershire and hot pepper sauce. Stir until well blended.

5Refrigerate until consistency of unbeaten egg whites.

6Fold in your own proportions of freshly cooked salad shrimp (or canned), hard-boiled egg, sliced green onion and frozen green peas.

7Turn into serving bowl; chill and serve.
