Tomato Basil Pasta

Ingredients
- 20 cloves Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cans (14.5 Oz. Size) Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 pound Angel Hair Pasta
- 1 cup Chicken Broth Or White Wine
- 6 leaves Basil Or 3 Teaspoons Dried
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- Crusty Italian Bread, To Serve
Directions

1Mince the garlic and add with the olive oil to a large, deep pan.

2Saute on medium heat just until cooked but not browned.

3Add in the tomatoes (you can use fresh if you like; use 6 tomatoes and remove seeds).

4Let it simmer while you cook your pasta.

5As soon as the pasta is al dente, drain and add to the sauce.

6Turn off the heat.

7Add the broth and toss ingredients together.

8After you have tossed them thoroughly, tear the basil and add in right before you sprinkle the cheese all over.

9Do not stir after you add the cheese!

10Serve with crusty Italian bread.
