  • 7 large tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • 100 ml cream
  • 300 grams cream cheese with herbs
  • 300 grams cheddar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 italian herbs
  • 200 grams puff pastry

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees C

    Place puffnpaste in a casserole dish

    Slice tomatoes and onions, shredd cheddar.

    Place tomatoes on top of the dough, making layers
  5. 5
    Mix well together egg, cream, cream cheese and cheese, herbs and seasonings, and onions.

    Put on top of the tomatoes

    Place in oven for 25-30 minutes
