- 1 large can tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 c. onion
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Heat tomatoes with sugar.

2Saute oleo, celery, onion and bell pepper.

3Add to tomatoes with flour and vinegar.

4Let thicken; put in casserole dish.

5Add 2 slices bread (cut up).

6Stir well.

7Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
