- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
- 2 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Put tomatoes in pie shell.

2Sprinkle with basil, salt, pepper, sugar and onion.

3Spread all cheese over tomatoes.

4Combine eggs, flour and milk.

5Pour over cheese.

6Bake at 375° (350° for glass), 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
