  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

    Combine stewed tomatoes, butter and water in saucepan.

    Bring to a boil.

    Stir in rice.

    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

    Makes 4 servings.
