- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine stewed tomatoes, butter and water in saucepan.

2Bring to a boil.

3Stir in rice.

4Cover.

5Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

6Stir in cheese.

7Makes 4 servings.
