  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 5 sambar onions
  • 2 tablespoons roasted gram dal
  • 4 round red chilies
  • 2 green chilies
  • 12 tablespoon ginger
  • 12 tablespoon garlic (optional)
  • 14 tablespoon tamarind paste
  • 1 tablespoon frozen coconut
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

    Heat oil, add sambar onions and fry.

    Add tomatoes and fry.

    keep this seperate.

    Add roasted gram dal and red chillies.

    Dry roast it.

    Cool and grind to powder.

    Grind tomato mixture, dalia powder and rest of ingredients in mixer.
