- 2 roma tomatoes
- 5 sambar onions
- 2 tablespoons roasted gram dal
- 4 round red chilies
- 2 green chilies
- 12 tablespoon ginger
- 12 tablespoon garlic (optional)
- 14 tablespoon tamarind paste
- 1 tablespoon frozen coconut
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions

1Heat oil, add sambar onions and fry.

2Add tomatoes and fry.

3keep this seperate.

4Add roasted gram dal and red chillies.

5Dry roast it.

6Cool and grind to powder.

7Grind tomato mixture, dalia powder and rest of ingredients in mixer.
