- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can tomatoes, strained of juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Fry onion until light brown; add flour and brown.

2Add the tomatoes and then strain all in pan and add the salt and sugar. Cook about 5 minutes until thick.

3This gravy is good with beef meat from soup and potatoes.
