  • 1 pound lean beef sliced thin
  • 1 green pepper in large pieces
  • 3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 4 green onions (cup tops too)
  • garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

    Place beef in bowl, add garlic salt, flour, oil, and soy sauce.

    Heat vegetable oil in skillet.
