- 1 pound lean beef sliced thin
- 1 green pepper in large pieces
- 3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 4 green onions (cup tops too)
- garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions

1Place beef in bowl, add garlic salt, flour, oil, and soy sauce.

3Heat vegetable oil in skillet.
