- 1 large can Butter-Me-Not biscuits
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Press 1/2 of the biscuits into a 9-inch pie pan to form crust. Saute onion and pepper in oleo until tender.

2Layer 1/2 onion and pepper in bottom of crust.

3Put sliced tomatoes next, then remaining onion and pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.

4Mix the mayonnaise and cheese together and spread on top.

5Roll out remaining biscuits and fit on top as crust.

6Bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
