  • 1 deep dish pie crust
  • 5 tomatoes
  • salt, basil, black pepper and garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Bake pie crust for 10 minutes at 400°.

    Slice tomatoes thick and layer in pie crust.

    Sprinkle with salt, basil, pepper and garlic salt.

    Mix mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese.

    Put on top of sliced tomatoes and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
