- 1 large can tomatoes
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. diced bread
Directions

1Cook tomatoes, butter and brown sugar until boiling.

2Add cornstarch.

3Continue cooking until thick.

4In glass baking dish, add tomato pudding and bread cubes in layers, commencing with bread and finishing with tomato mixture.

5Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
