- 5 lbs tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 12 teaspoon mild Tabasco sauce
- salt & pepper
- 5 ounces tomato paste
Directions

1Boil water to dip tomatoes.

2Wash tomatoes.

3Dip in boiling water 30 to 60 seconds.

4Immediately dip in cold water.

5Slip off skins.

6Trim away any green areas & stems.

7Cut tomatoes add to crock pot and add all ingredients.

8Cook on high for 4 hours.

9Strain seeds and pulp out and return to crock pot.

10Cook for 2 hours.

11Serve with a side of rice or toasted cheese sandwitch.
