- 14 qt. tomatoes
- 7 sprigs parsley
- 1 or 2 big onions
- up to 3 bay leaves
- 14 Tbsp. to 1 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 8 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Wash and stem tomatoes.

2Cook tomatoes with parsley, onions and bay leaves until tender.

3Sieve.

4Mix in bowl the flour, salt, sugar and pepper.

5Gradually add (by cupfuls, using about 4 cups juice) the tomato juice and stir until thin.
