- 2 1/2 gal. tomato juice
- 1 bunch celery
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 to 2 green peppers
- 2 large onions
- 2 c. sugar
Directions

1Blend green peppers, celery and onions to a pulp in blender; add to the tomato juice.

2Add everything together; bring to a boil.

3Simmer for 30 minutes.

4Put in bottles to process for 20 minutes.
