Tomato Soup

  • 1 qt. jar canned tomato juice
  • 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil tomato juice.

    Turn to low heat.

    Mix up flour and milk in a separate container until all lumps are gone.
  4. 4
    Add slowly to tomato juice, stirring constantly. Add butter, salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes on low heat.

    I add 1 teaspoon sugar!
