- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. bouquet garni
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 8 dashes Tabasco
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions

1Butter the bottom of shallow pan.
