  • 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. bouquet garni
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 8 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 small onion, chopped
