- 6 medium tomatoes
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cut 6 tomatoes in half crosswise.

2Arrange them, cut side up in a lightly greased, shallow baking pan.

3Toss fresh bread crumbs with melted butter or margarine.

4Add sesame seed, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

5Toss to mix well.

6Spoon bread crumbs mixture onto tomato halves.

7Bake in preheated 425° oven for 20 to 25 minutes until tender.

8Serves 6.
