- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla or liqueur

1Melt chocolate chips in microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes. Stir after each minute and stir until completely melted.

2Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually adding sugar.

3Add melted chocolate and vanilla.

4Refrigerate 1 hour, then shape into 1-inch balls and roll in nuts or coconut.
