Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped black olives
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped green olives
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 1 small green, red or yellow pepper, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. dry Ranch dressing
  • 8 to 10 flour tortilla shells

Directions

    Squeeze all the water out of peppers.

    Mix all ingredients together and chill in refrigerator 4 to 5 hours.

    Spread on tortillas, roll as jelly roll.

    Chill for a few hours, slice and serve.
