Traditional Chicken & Rice Bake

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 34 cup uncooked white rice (I like Basmati)
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (12 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Mix rice, soup, vegetables and 1 cup water together in a 2 qt baking dish.

    Place chicken breasts on top of mixture and sprinkle with seasoning salt & paprika.

    COVER with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
