  • 2 medium-sized avacados
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, diced
  • 1 small roma tomato, seeded, diced
  • 1 clove galic, finely minced
  • 3 tablespoons finely diced red or white onion
  • 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Pit and peel avacados, then coursely mash with lime or lemon juice.

    In a seperate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add the mashed avacados and mix well.

    Chill about 1 hour and serve with your favorite chips.
