- 12 cup warm soymilk (maybe more)
- 14 cup vegan margarine (maybe more)
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
Directions

1Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.

2Cover and bring to a boil; cook for 20-25 minutes or until very tender.

3Drain well.

4Add soymilk, vegan margarine, salt and pepper; mash until light and fluffy.

5Add more soymilk and vegan margarine, if needed, to get a creamier texture.
