Ingredients
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 3/4 c. lukewarm milk (scalded, then cooled)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. margarine, softened
- 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 c. all purpose flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Stir in milk, sugar, salt, egg, margarine and 2 cups flour.

3Beat until smooth.

4Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.

5Turn dough onto floured counter; knead for 5 minutes.

6Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise in warm place 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

7Punch down dough; divide and make crescent rolls.

8Let rise 20 minutes on cookie sheet.

9Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
