  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 ounces sour cream

    Lightly coat a 9 by 13-inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray.

    Separate the eggs, placing the egg whites in a large bowl, reserving the yolks for later use.

    Beat the egg whites with a whisk or fork for 5 minutes, or until they remain upright when the whisk is pulled out.

    Alternate adding the flour and milk, stirring well after each addition.
