  • 3-4 tspn Olive oil
  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 cups sweet potato or winter squash
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 11/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup chopped sweet pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked chickpea
  • 2 cups vegetable stock or water
  • 1 bag frozen veggies like peas
  • 2tspn paprika
  • 1tspn turmeric
  • 1tspn basil
  • 1tspn salt
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Dash cayenne
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tspn tamari (soy sauce fine)
