  • 2 eggs
  • 34 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 34 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 cup cocoa
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
  • 12 cup water
  • 12 ounces mini chocolate chips
  • frosting
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 lb powdered sugar
  • 14 cup canned milk
  • 14 cup cocoa (3/4 for dark chocolate)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    Combine in a large mixing bowl the first nine ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Spoon into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

    Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

    For Frosting, mix first three ingredients until light and fluffy.

    Spread one layer of white frosting on completely cooled brownies.

    Add cocoa and vanilla to remaining frosting.
