- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa, divided
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, sugar and butter.

3Press firmly on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

4In large mixing bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, flour, remaining 1/4 cup cocoa, egg, vanilla and baking powder.

5Stir in nuts. Spread evenly over prepared crust.

6Top with chips.

7Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until set.

8Cool; cut into bars.

9Store, tightly covered, at room temperature.
