  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate malted milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    In a large bowl, combine the flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press into a greased

    In another large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add the sugar and vanilla; mix well. Combine the malted milk powder, flour, baking soda and salt; add to egg mixture. Fold in the coconut and walnuts.

    Spread over prepared crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
