  • 1 chocolate ready crust pie shell (6 oz.)
  • 2 sq. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted
  • 2 c. cold milk
  • 2 pkg. (4 serving size) chocolate flavored instant pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub frozen non dairy whipped topping, thawed

Directions

    Pour chocolate and sweetened condensed milk into bowl; stir until smooth and pour into crust.

    Press nuts evenly onto chocolate in the crust and refrigerate 10 minutes.

    Pour milk into large bowl and add pudding mixes.

    Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes or until smooth.

    Mixture will be thick.

    Spread 1 1/2 cups of the pudding over nuts and chocolate layer in crust. Immediately stir half of the whipped topping into remaining pudding.

    Spread over pudding in crust.

    Top with remaining whipped topping.

    Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
