- 1 (14 to 16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 to 1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
- 1 medium onion, diced and sauteed in olive oil
- 2 c. boiling water
Directions

1Combine ingredients in order given.

2Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, covered.
