Ingredients
- 12 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 3/4 inch cubes (about 2)
- 12 lb beef tenderloin, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 12 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 14 cup white vinegar
- 14 cup granulated sugar
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 12 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 14 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon fine coconut
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 14 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 cup skim evaporated milk
Directions

1Put chicken, beef and pork cubes into medium bowl with tight fitting lid, or into 3 separate bowls if desired.

2Mix remaining 7 ingredients in small bowl.

3Pour over cubes.

4Cover.

5Shake or turn to coat Chill for several hours or overnight.

6Soak eighteen 4 inch wooden skewer.

7Thread 1 cube of each meat onto each skewer.

8Lay on ungreased broiler tray.

9Broil about 4 inches from heat for about 5 minutes, turning at half time, until cooked.

10SATAY SAUCE: Mix all 8 ingredients in medium saucepan.

11Heat and stir until boiling.

12Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

13Makes 1 cup sauce.

14Serve in small bowl with kabobs.
