  • 3 tomatoes
  • 6 golden habaneros
  • 6 serrano peppers
  • 6 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ground sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions

    Coursely chop tomatoes, all peppers (leaving seeds in) and the onion.

    Place all veggies in food processor along with the lime juice, vinegar, salt and pepper.

    Blend in food processor until the desired texture is achieved.

    Place your fire salsa in jars and process accordingly.
