  • 1 cup water

  • 2-1/2 cups
  • 1/2 cup COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water and ginger.

    Chill until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.

    Mix 1 1/2 cups gelatin into 2 cups fruit.

    Spoon into 4 (8-ounce) parfait glasses or a 1 quart bowl.

    Fold whipped topping into remaining gelatin.

    Spoon over fruit layer.

    Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
