  • 2 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 12 maraschino cherries, chopped

    Combine ingredients and place in 2 refrigerator trays or a shallow pan.

    Remove to bowl and beat until fluffy.
