  • 1 very ripe, medium size banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
  • crushed ice (optional)

Directions

    In a blender, combine banana pieces with pineapple juice, yogurt, kiwi fruit and ice.

    Secure lid and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
